Mission

Organize various cultural events to celebrate the rich traditions of Kerala for Malayalees at in and around satellite town of Navi Mumbai.

Preserve and promote the culture, heritage and family values of Kerala among Malayalees and the younger generations in and around area of Navi Mumbai.

NBKS host regular meetings for members to learn and share their experiences, ideas and talents. Improve the cross-cultural understanding of unity in diversity, co-operate and promote cultural exchange with other organizations in across India or World.

Vision:

The vision of New Bombay Keraleeya Samaj, Nerul is to develop and maintain a forum for Malayalees to come together to celebrate, preserve and promote the rich traditions and cultural values of Kerala among Malayalee friends, families and their younger generations in and around satellite town of Navi Mumbai.

(i) Art and Culture/ Education and language.
(ii) Conducts age wise competitions in Dance, music, painting, literary fields quiz, etc.
(iii) Organizes cultural programs on occasions like Onam, Christmas, Annual Day program etc.
(iv) Organizes Drama workshop, music concerts, folk dance festival, literary symposium etc.
(v) Conducting classes in Bharatnatyam, Mohiniyattom, Carnatic music, Violin keyboard Tailoring, Chess,
(vi) Conducting Malayalam learning classes regularly under 'Malayalam Mission'
(vii) Conducting cultural competitios, Athapookalam competition, painting and awarding prizes.
(viii) Conducting Sports competitions for members and families.
(ix) Conducting Onam programs with traditional style and Onam feast.
(x) Conducting Youth camps & Malayalam Camps consecutively for childrens upto 14 years every year.
